U Pe Aung Zin initiated the establishment of Paññā Institute and is Chief Executive/Principal of Paññā Institute. He was Chief Executive of Myanmar Egress Capacity Development Centre and has nearly 10 years working experience in management there. He also has strong ability and experience in training. He is well-organized and efficient in working in a multi-task and dynamic environment and has ability to plan, organize, and supervise the work of others as a team builder or team leader.
U Pe Aung Zin worked as Deputy Chief Operation Officer at Network Activities Group which is a kind of non-profit organization after Nargis Cyclone. He was working as Marketing Manager and General Manager in Living Color Media for several years.
His specialization is Development Studies and he has been working to empower others within the community through civic engagement, development and leadership. He is the fellow of Information Literacy, information strategies for societies in transition, University of Washington.
